Croatia House in an Incorporated Association (Registration number INC1701243) and is entered on the National Register of Cultural Organisations (ROCO), which enables Croatia House to offer donors the incentive of tax deductions.

It is made up of a Committee of five individuals from different professional backgrounds (including finance, advertising, higher education, etc.) and community organisations. The Committee draws on the sum of its professional skills and experience, and the previous experience the Committee has gained as a team when delivering the annual Croatian Film Festival, art exhibitions, and theatre plays amongst other projects.
