Following in the footsteps of his late father, Petar Pecotić set out on a journey to northern Australia where he met an artist from the Warumung people whose father is also a Croatian immigrant. Their friendship as well as the knowledge that they share an unbreakable bond with the land of their ancestors are the main themes of their documentary Countryman, which premieres at the Third Croatian Film Festival in Sydney.
