Croatia House in an Incorporated Association (Registration number INC1701243) and is entered on the National Register of Cultural Organisations (ROCO), which enables Croatia House to offer donors the incentive of tax deductions.

It is made up of a Committee of 7 individuals from different professional backgrounds (including diplomacy, theatre, acting, law, and finance) and community organisations. The Committee draws on the sum of its professional skills and experience, and previous experience the Committee has gained as a team when delivering the annual Croatian Film Festival, art exhibitions, and theatre plays amongst other projects.
